Before quotation

Provide destination country and city, quantity, required date and any required delivery term. State documentation, labelling, preservation and packaging needs that affect the shipment.

Packaging and identification

Agree moisture protection, individual or bulk packing, model and batch identification and handling requirements. Heavy bearings may need different protection from small ball bearings.

Before dispatch

Confirm the final packing list, shipment documents, transport arrangement and contact details through the accepted order process. Transit time and production lead time are different and should be identified separately.
