Bearing quality is assessed against the agreed product and application requirements. A useful inspection brief defines dimensions, accuracy, internal clearance or preload, running behaviour, identification and documentation. This page makes no unverified certification or laboratory-capacity claims.

Dimensions and geometry

Identify which bore, outside diameter, width, ring geometry and accuracy characteristics require verification, with the relevant measurement conditions and acceptance criteria. A boundary-dimension check alone does not establish overall performance.

Function and configuration

Confirm closure design, cage, lubricant, clearance or preload and arrangement. If noise, vibration, torque or other functional measurements are required, agree the method and limit before purchase.

Documents and traceability

State the need for inspection reports, material documentation, batch identification or certificates in the RFQ. Availability and scope must be confirmed for the particular order; no certificate is displayed without supporting evidence.
