This notice describes how information is handled on the SANJ website preview. The final legal entity and sales contact details will be added before the commercial launch.
Enquiry information
If you submit the quotation form, the website stores your name, email, company, destination, model, quantity and technical requirements in a private WordPress inbox. Access is limited to authorized website administrators. No payment information is requested.
Purpose and retention
The information is used to assess your bearing requirement and respond to the enquiry once the sales channel is configured. Do not submit confidential drawings or sensitive personal information in the form. Enquiry records should be reviewed and removed when no longer required for the business conversation or applicable recordkeeping.
Website logs and abuse prevention
The server may record connection details in standard access logs. The enquiry form uses a short-lived, hashed connection identifier for rate limiting, a nonce and a hidden anti-spam field. No third-party advertising or analytics service is loaded by this theme.
Cookies and administrator access
Public browsing does not require an account. WordPress uses necessary login and security cookies for administrators. See the cookie notice for details.
Requests concerning your data
The final privacy contact will be published with the company details. During the preview, contact the SANJ representative who provided access to request correction or deletion, quoting the enquiry reference.
Optional translation and contact tools
The GTranslate language selector loads translation software and sends visible page text for translation when used. The providers may receive standard connection details such as IP address and browser headers. See GTranslate privacy information and Google privacy information. The current Chaty button links to the on-site enquiry form; external chat channels will be identified when configured. A Google Maps embed will load Google content after a company location is added.
